Herbalism

Humans and animals depend on plants for their existence. Plants produce oxygen, they are a source of food, and they provide shelter.

From the beginning of mankind’s existence, they used plants for cures to their ailments.  More than 75% of medications around the world are derived from herbs.

Herbs are not only used in medicine, but also in horticulture, cuisine, cosmetics, ornamentation and a whole host of other areas.

Herbs can be taken in many various forms, such as tinctures, poultices, expires, ointments, capsules, tablets, tea, spices, etc, all depending on a person’s ailment and/or needs and requirements.

On occasion I do make my own herbal medicines, tinctures, elixirs, when I have the time, but most of the time I just recommend or give advice on which herb/supplement a client may require, or which herb or supplement they should not use, as many herbs have contraindications, and because every person is unique, so what might be good for one person might not necessarily be good for another.
